Deborah's Bio:

Deborah recieved her undergraduate degree from Ohio University and her J.D. from Boston University. She has been a member of the Oregon State Bar since 1998 and is also licensed to practice in Federal Court and before the U.S. Tax Court. Deborah is active in the Oregon Women Lawyers Association.

Deborah has represented clients in the purchase and sale of commercial and residential real property and in the rental of commercial real estate. Deborah has also been in-house counsel for Sunwest Management, Inc. a large corporation primarily engaged in the management of retirement, assisted living, skilled nursing and Alzheimer's communities.

Out of law school, Deborah was an attorney with the IRS and an attorney for KPMG where she gained extensive knowledge and experience with tax related issues and golden parachute payments under IRC 280G.
